Art for the Mind (8-12 years)

Two half-day workshops for young people with Lego to improve their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing with the power of creativity. Kids will explore healthy ways to express themselves, learn mindfulness skills and build confidence through arts, crafts and fun group games.

Who
For children aged 8-12 years who have emotional difficulties or are at risk of developing a mental health challenge.

To bring
Please bring a water bottle, hat, sunscreen, enclosed shoes and old clothes for painting activities both days.
