    At the end of the workshop, the participants will: Have a documented plan to provide support and education. This includes a specific plan to address Key Strategy ‘local processes for assessment’, Key Strategy ‘education processes’, and a response to the recommendations in the PCOC education checklist. Possess knowledge and understanding of the PCOC training resources available to support implementation, embed key concepts and promote consistent and reliable data collection. Connect and network with other senior clinicians for the purpose of sharing experiences and strategies in the successful application of the PCOC assessment and response framework.
