Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course- Broome

MBSR is an internationally renowned course that aims to help people better manage stress, pain, mood and….life!
MBSR is a holistic, whole-body approach to stress management using mindfulness, meditation, body awareness, yoga and exploration of patterns of behaviour, thinking, feelings and actions.
Commencing Monday 17 October 2022 this course encompasses eight weekly 2.5-hour evening sessions PLUS a full-day mini-retreat.
The course is delivered by our Mental Health Professional Michelle Chirgwin, one of only a few MBSR Certified facilitators in WA.
