BREATHE ON COUNTRY RETREAT
Join Yoga leader Kate Taylor along with developmental coach Verity Leach, Nutritionist and Chef Matt Black and Aboriginal Cultural Expert Kim Bridge for a 6 night / 7-day Yoga, Cultural Immersion + Personal Transformation in one of the most ancient and picturesque landscapes on the planet.
Starting in Kununurra at the beautiful Kununurra Country Club, we will then travel south into the heart of the East Kimberley to the banks of the Dunham River, accompanied by our Gija Guide.
For 5 days + 4 nights, we will explore secret stunning natural landscapes off the beaten tourist track; swimming in freshwater gorges and waterfalls; and learning about Aboriginal culture and country. At night we will gather round a camp fire, sharing stories and song, and sleep under the stars. We will be joined by our own Chef Matt Black, who will be preparing delicious health-conscious and -inspired meals throughout our journey.
Our days will include carefully crafted morning and dusk Yoga sessions led by Kate and personal developmental sessions led by Verity + Kate, to explore the inner landscapes of our mind, heart and body. Outside of this, we will be guided by our Gija Guide to secret locations, whilst learning about culture and land. All sessions will serve to deepen your experience of the incredible and majestic country we will be exploring, of which you will also have plenty of time to relax and deeply soak in.
We will return for our final night to the Kununurra Country Club, integrating and celebrating our adventure.
