Come and join us for an interactive session, utilising group discussion and case studies to provide participants with greater understanding of palliative care and how it can be implemented where they work.

• What is the palliative approach

• Communication skills

• Advance care planning – concept and principles

• End of life care

• Loss, grief and healing

Target Group: Aboriginal Liaison Officers, Aboriginal Health Workers, Health Practitioners, Interpreters, Outreach Workers, Community workers
