Pitch Your Pilot is back for 2022! Your ideas could make a difference

WA Country Health Service (WACHS) employees are invited to submit ideas to improve the way we work or create more positive outcomes for country communities in the third ‘Pitch Your Pilot’ program. Whilst the program is open to WACHS staff, collaborative ideas engaging in partnerships are encouraged. Trial of virtual reality goggles for pain diversion in paediatric patients when
undergoing a medical procedure in an emergency department. The BACKUP service is a pilot program that uses WACHS Command Centre technology for senior nurses to provide support and guidance to our grads, helping our newest nurses to navigate the challenging first stages of their careers.

The program aims to enable innovative ideas led by WACHS staff to bring about a positive change, tested in a contained environment.

If you have an idea email the WACHS Research and Innovation team via WACHSResearchandInnovation@health.wa.gov.au

Idea submissions are open now through March 2022. Read the Pitch Your Pilot flyer here.
