DESCRIPTION:We would like to invite your members to a webinar on heart failure hosted by NPS MedicineWise\, in collaboration with the Heart Foundation\, as part of the national heart failure program. \nWe know that a multidisciplinary approach to support people living with heart failure improves outcomes and quality of life. You will hear from a GP\, heart failure nurse practitioner\, pharmacist and a person living with heart failure about how to improve care.
