DESCRIPTION:Find out more about the Health Consumers’ Council Excellence Awards 2022 – we’ll go through the nomination process and timelines\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout this event\n\n\nThe Health Consumer Excellence Awards were created in 1997 to honour the everyday heroes in health in WA\, for their significant contributions towards improving the patient experience. \nWe recognise those who go above and beyond to improve outcomes for health consumers across the state – from consumer representatives in all stages of their journeys\, through to compassionate clinicians and health organisations leading the way in improving health inequities. \nIn 2022 we have several new categories to highlight the important role of consumer\, carer\, community\, family and lived experience representatives\, as well as the individuals and organisations championing diversity\, equity\, and person-centred healthcare. \nIn this session\, we’ll go through the different categories and walk through the process of making a submission. The closing date for nominations is Sunday 13 March 2022.

He is a medical doctor with a background in emergency medicine and a special interest in disaster response. \nThis is your opportunity to hear from the person at the top as regards our health COVID-19 response. Do not miss your chance to ask questions on the next stage of living with COVID-19\, WA’s readiness\, how the system has or is preparing\, how consumers can prepare\, vaccination\, variants\, modelling and everything in between. \nYou may submit a question along with your registration.
