SUMMARY:Feet and Falls – exploring the link between foot health and falls risk in older adults
DESCRIPTION:April 26 @ 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm \nFeet and Falls – exploring the link between foot health and falls risk in older adults \nOlder adults are at a higher risk of foot related health problems that increase their risk of falling. Foot health can affect an older adults’ posture\, stability\, balance\, and walking pattern\, influencing the risk of falls. SUMMARY:Elder abuse recognition and response in older adult clients online workshop
DESCRIPTION:FREE \nWED April 27 @ 10:00 am – 12:30 pm \nElder abuse recognition and response in older adult clients online workshop \nElder abuse is a serious public health issue\, estimated to affect 1 in 20 older adults in Western Australia.
