DESCRIPTION:The Rural Doctors’ Association of Western Australia and Mindful Meditation Australia have teamed up to bring rural doctors this introduction to mindfulness. This comes at a time where the healthcare system is stretched like we have never seen it\, burn out is high and self care is extremely important. As busy professionals\, mindfulness is the perfect exercise to engage in within all aspects of your life – it’s free\, doesn’t require any equipment or lycra\, it can be done anywhere and only takes a few minutes every day.
