Research suggests it is useful for treating chronic pain and insomnia\, and can help reduce anxiety\, stress\, and blood pressure. \n\nLife Now Meditation is offered to West Australians who have been diagnosed with cancer\, or who have experienced a recurrence\, secondary or progression\, in the last five years. Primary carers are also eligible to attend (by themselves\, or in support of a cancer patient)\, and are invited to register. This course is offered at an introductory level\, with classes running one hour per week\, for six weeks. \n  \nInterested in participating in a Life Now Program? \nComplete the Life Now Life Now Application Form or call 13 11 20. \n
